Rules for API connection, security, billing and acceptable use.

These terms govern the use of the gridapi.ru API for integrating AI models into applications, websites, internal tools, bots, automation, analytics processes and other permitted scenarios.
API access is provided after registration, issuance of an access key and balance top-up where prepayment is required. API use means acceptance of these terms, the terms of service and applicable pricing.
The user is responsible for the correctness of their integration, error handling, retries, limits, result storage, legal compliance and informing their end users if the API is used inside a third-party product or service.
API keys are confidential. The user must store them securely and must not publish them in public repositories, client-side code, logs, screenshots, chats or any other place accessible to third parties.
If compromise of an API key is suspected, the user must immediately delete, disable or rotate the key and review operation history. Charges caused by use of an active key may be treated as user actions until the key is blocked.
The API must not be used for illegal activity, malware, unauthorized access, phishing, spam, fraud, infringement of third-party rights, bypassing security measures, mass collection of personal data or other harmful activity.
The service may apply rate limits, request volume limits, security filters, temporary blocks, queues and other measures required for platform stability, infrastructure protection and compliance with model provider requirements.
API calls are charged from the balance according to actual usage and current pricing. The final cost may depend on the model, input and output token volume, request parameters, additional features and other billing factors.
Availability of specific models, parameters, context windows, speeds, prices and technical capabilities may change due to service updates, external provider requirements, load, maintenance or other reasons.
API billing is made in российских рублях, and debiting occurs in real time based on actual usage. The balance has no expiration date, so the user may use the unused balance without time limitation while the account is available and the service terms are followed.
