This policy explains how gridapi.ru processes user data during registration, account usage, AI model requests, API usage, payments and support communications.
We may process data provided by the user, including email address, Telegram or another contact, account identifiers, support messages, payment details available to the service and other information submitted while using the platform.
Technical data may also be processed: IP address, dates and times of actions, session identifiers, browser and device information, API keys in a technically necessary form, operation history, request parameters, balance usage, errors and security logs.
User prompts and model responses may be processed to complete the request, show history, calculate cost, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, support the user and maintain service stability.
Data is used to create and maintain accounts, provide access, account for balances, process payments and refunds, provide support, improve the product, prevent fraud and comply with legal requirements.
We do not sell users personal data. Data may be transferred to third parties only to the extent necessary for payments, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, external AI model providers, security support or compliance with lawful requests from authorized authorities.
The user understands that when external AI models are used, part of the request data may be transmitted to the relevant model provider for processing and response generation.
The user may contact support to clarify data processing, correct inaccurate information, delete an account or restrict processing where applicable and not conflicting with retention obligations.
This policy may be updated as the service, data processing operations or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
Request history, model responses, balance operations, technical logs and related data are stored for 1 год, unless longer storage is required by law, accounting, security or dispute resolution.
User prompts and model responses are not used by the service to train AI models. Data may be provided to government authorities only upon a lawful request or official demand under the established procedure.
