These terms govern the relationship between the user and gridapi.ru when using the web interface, account dashboard, API, payment features and related platform capabilities.
By using the service, registering an account, topping up the balance or sending requests to AI models, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.
The service provides technical access to AI models and related tools. Generated results are produced automatically from user prompts and may contain inaccuracies, errors or incomplete information, so the user independently evaluates their suitability.
The user must use the service lawfully and in good faith, must not violate third-party rights and must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to infrastructure, accounts, keys, data or internal platform mechanisms.
Paid features are provided on a prepaid basis: the user tops up the balance, and requests, API calls and other paid operations are charged according to actual usage and current pricing.
The user is responsible for keeping account credentials, tokens and API keys secure. Actions performed through the user account may be treated as actions of the user unless proven otherwise.
The service may introduce technical limits, restrict features, change available models, prices and technical parameters when needed for product development, provider requirements, legal compliance or stable platform operation.
Support requests and claims are reviewed through the available support channels. The user must provide enough information to identify the account, payment or disputed operation.
These terms may be updated. The new version applies from publication on the website unless another effective date is stated. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
Settlements in the service are made in российских рублях. The balance has no expiration date, the service charges no commissions for top-ups or usage, and charges are debited in real time according to actual consumption of tokens, functions and other billable parameters.
